Assessments

With our Assessments feature you can create custom assessment fields that will appear in the Student Card allowing the entry of assessment scores to be associated with each child.

To add a custom assessment: enter a three letter abbreviation, the full title, the grade level, then click the green Add button.  Assessments can be associated with a certain grade level in a similar manner as with identifiers. The maximum available assessments for each grade level is six.

The assessment will appear in the Student Card where scores can be entered for the beginning, middle, and end of year.  Any character (number or letter) can be entered.  The maximum number of characters that can be entered is six.

On the Digital Data Wall these scores can be viewed by clicking on the assessment abbreviation. All the Student Cells will show the beginning, middle, and end of year scores.
