I can't enable the Move to Next year button. How do I do this?

Step 1: Check that ALL your grade levels are Finalized:

Step 2: If you're using the Incoming "grade level" feature ensure this is in the Finalized state also:

If you're not utilizing this feature you can disable it by following these steps: Settings > Compose New Incoming Students > select No.

Step 3: Check to see if you have a "ghost" grade level:

During the sign up process you might have added a lower grade level, like Pre-K, but in reality you haven't used that grade level in our system.  To check, and adjust if needed, go to Settings > Classes.  From here you can remove the lowest start grade if it isn't in use:
