Why can't my teachers view the previous year data after we selected move to next year?

Clicking the Move to Next Year button will migrate all the classes to the next academic year in the system which is the final step in the process. By default the Student Cells will be grayed out ready to accept new data for the new academic year.

For teachers to view the data entered by last year’s teachers, they will need to select the previous year under 'Display Scores for Years'.  Then they can select a Student Cell to open the Student Card.

To view individual student information for all previous school years, select the Historical Student Record button on the Student Card:
