Retaining a Student

To retain a student, or to change a student's grade level, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the grade level Digital Data Wall and move the student you want to retain into the Hallway.
2. Go to the whole school Hallway screen.
3. Drag the student into the lower grade level Hallway.
4. Navigate to the lower grade level Digital Data Wall.
5. Move student into a class.

In the GIF below first grade student Billy Tanner is being retained and moved into a Kindergarten class.
